holy trinity church

Dear Friends,
Do ever you have days, or even weeks when life feel like a jigsaw with too many pieces to fit the frame? Life in our church is beginning to feel a bit like that, especially during the last few days. There has been so much going on lately. However, this is not a complaint, for it is a good sign that our united charge is active and vibrant. My prayer is that it should become even more active and vibrant as we seek to share the gospel message in our communities.
But if this is not a complaint, then it is more in the nature of an appeal. Whilst I am well aware that everyone has busy lives, it would be very helpful to have more volunteers for routine jobs. The faithful few do so much but would value help – folding Orders of Service or magazines, helping in the garden, stewarding at concerts and extra services, helping with refreshments after worship. If you think you could help out with any of these things even occasionally, or any other jobs that need to be done, just speaks to the people currently doing them, or to me or the Session Clerk. Every little helps.
I shall be away for the next three Sundays so there will be no letter with the Order of Service, but as we approach a new season of work for the Kingdom, do think about what you might be able to offer when September arrives. Thank you in anticipation.
With love and blessings,
Marion
