The Parish Church of the Holy Trinity, St Andrews (Church of Scotland) is a charity; Charity Number : SCO17173
Minister
Rev Rory MacLeod
I am married to Annice and
we have three children:
Christina (13), Isabelle (7),
Somerled (5). I have been
minister of Holy Trinity for
six and a half years. Before
that I was a Commando
Chaplain, serving with The
Royal Marines. My first
parish was Bracadale, Isle of
Skye.
I am excited by what God is
doing at Holy Trinity, as we
make the transition towards
a missional model of being
church. In this we are not
alone; there is a groundswell
of resurging communities of
faith around Scotland. My
voluntary service as a
trustee of Christian
Solidarity Worldwide keeps
me in touch with fellow
believers where it is most
difficult and dangerous to
follow Jesus.
My principal concern is to
love the people of this parish
by proclaiming Christ and
serving their needs. I feel
well supported by my
colleagues on the ministry
team, Kirk Session and in all
sorts of other groupings
which give expression to the
mission we share. We are
delighted to welcome visitors
and those who come and
stay. Please feel free to
contact me personally...
